Pre-registration payments will be refunded up to 7 business days before the start of the workshop. No shows forfeit tuition. No refunds are given for classes missed in a series or for workshops or classes with stated "Limited Seating." By The Fox Center or Presenter/Instructor

If a class is canceled by The Fox Center, the presenter, or due to low enrollment, weather, emergency or an unforeseen circumstance, and the class cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be issued on payments made in advance (excluding credit card processing fees). If the rescheduled time prevents a student from attending, a credit will be issued for the missed workshop.  

What happens if I go to the workshop and realize that it is not what I thought it was going to be or if the material presented does not match the workshop description?

Notify the workshop coordinator within the first 30minutes of the workshop that you wish to leave. The coordinator will take your name, address and telephone number and turn it in to the board. A credit will then be issued by mail to you for the amount of the workshop. The credit can be used on any other Fox Center offering.
